📏 How to choose the right size of your boxing helmet
Helmet sizing is based on the circumference of your head, measured just above your eyebrows. A proper fit ensures stability, comfort, and protection throughout your workout.
🎯 Choose according to your head circumference:

* The measurement should be taken on the forehead, above the eyebrows. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one for a more stable fit or the larger one for a more comfortable fit.
