📏 How to choose the right size of your protective shell
The size of the groin guard is based on the circumference of the waist. A correct size ensures targeted protection of the groin area, stability during movement and constant comfort during training, sparring or competition.
🎯 Choose according to your waist circumference:

*Measurement should be taken around the waist, just above the hips. If you are in between sizes, choose the smaller size for a more stable fit or the larger size for more comfort.
💡Pro tip:
Make sure the shell fits snugly against your body without compressing too much. Test it with lateral and explosive movements: a stable protection should not move or cause discomfort.
