Return and Refund Policy – Guerrero Sporting

1. Return Period: 14 Days
In accordance with current legislation and our company policy, we accept return requests within 14 days from delivery date of the order.
To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following conditions:

to be in the same condition as received,

not have been used, worn or damaged,

be complete with original tags,
-
to be returned in the original packaging,
-
accompanied by valid receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service at:

The products must be returned to:

(The correct address will be provided via email once the return is approved.)
If your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Damage, Defects or Incorrect Items
Always check your order upon receipt. If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [assistenza@guerrerosporting.com] attaching photos. We will evaluate the situation and propose a solution.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Custom or made-to-measure items

Perishable goods (e.g. supplements)

Opened personal use products (e.g. protections)

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Items on sale or promotion

Gift cards
Contact us if you have any concerns about the returnability of a specific product.
5. Substitutions
At the moment We do not make direct replacements. If you wish to change product or size:

Proceed with the return of the purchased product

Place a new order separately
6. Right of Withdrawal – EU (14 Days)
In accordance with the Directive 2011/83/EU, customers from the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, for any reason, without obligation to provide reasons.
The product conditions must be identical to those indicated in point 1. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
7. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:

If approved, you will receive the amount within 10 working days on the same payment method used
