Shipping policy
This policy describes the shipping methods for orders placed on the site. www.guerrerosporting.com, managed by GVE SRL, with registered office in Viale Tiziano 32 – 20145 – Milan (MI), Italy.
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days upon receipt of payment, unless otherwise indicated in the product sheet.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipments to Italy
We ship nationwide via express couriers (e.g. GLS, SDA, Bartolini, DHL).
Average delivery times vary between 24 and 72 hours from the moment of shipment.
Shipping is always free throughout the Italian territory.
3. International Shipping
Guerrero Sporting also ships to the main countries of the European Union and to selected destinations outside the EU.
Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 3–7 working days

Non-EU: 7–15 working days (variable depending on customs)
Duties and taxes:
Customs duties and local taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to track the shipment.
5. Non-Delivery or Refused Delivery
In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address, absent recipient or refusal of the goods, the package will be returned to the sender. In such cases:

Return costs will be deducted from any refund due.

The new order will be sent only after payment of the new shipping costs
6. Damaged or Lost Orders
In case of visibly damaged packages, the customer is required to sign with reservation and communicate it immediately to assistenza@guerrerosporting.com, attaching photos.
Guerrero Sporting will initiate an investigation with the courier to determine the incident and provide a solution.
For any loss or non-delivery beyond 10 working days from shipping, please contact us promptly.
